Are you a nurse wanting to make a difference?

We are an independent, nurse-led, professional nursing service. We make a significant contribution to the wellbeing and health outcomes of the people we care for through person centred care, advocacy and psychosocial support.

We work in partnership with our clients to collaboratively achieve their healthcare goals. We address chronic and complex health, cultural and social care needs. Our clients require comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning and coordination to prevent unplanned hospital admissions and maintain their wellbeing.

We welcome people with a range of experiences

Our team of registered nurses come from a range of clinical backgrounds with a depth and breadth of relevant clinical experience. We embrace individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, who are looking for a change in the way they nurse.

Our health service is a non-government, not for profit organisation which is funded through Our Lady’s Nurses for the Poor.

Get in touch if you are looking for a change in the way you nurse.
